AuditSpine Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice explains how public-site information is handled by Viride, LLC for the AuditSpine product.

This notice applies to public websites and public interactions. Customer-specific data handling is governed by customer agreements and related data/security addenda.

- Basic technical telemetry (IP, device/browser metadata, page access logs).
- Operational logs required for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
3. How We Use Data
- Respond to inquiries and support requests.
- Operate, secure, and improve public site experiences.
- Meet legal, contractual, and compliance obligations.
4. Third-Party Services
AuditSpine may use third-party infrastructure and AI/service providers (including Google, Firebase, GitHub/Copilot, Anthropic/Claude, and others). Their applicable privacy terms may apply where they process data on our behalf or as independent services.

5. AI/Agent Processing Notice
We may use human and software agent workflows for operations and service delivery. We apply reasonable safeguards and review procedures, but cannot guarantee that any single model/provider remains fixed.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
8. Public Non-Customer Disclaimer
Public users should not submit confidential regulated data through public contact channels unless specifically instructed via a signed customer agreement.
